A person could try to see which fasting method works the best for your body, or do not fast at all.
I have been watching some videos about fasting 3 days, 1 week or even longer. Hence, I am curious about how not eating for so long feels and what changes can it bring to my body, so here I am trying if it really is at good as it is claimed.

Hi so i tried kpop LE SSERAFIM's wrokout for a week :D Since it is only a week, there are not much changes on the physical appearance (and body weight only dropped 56.4kg to 56.3kg) but my endurance and strength definitely got better by doing 100 burpees everyday LOL.     Day1:it was very painful but i skipped up and downs and had some muscel pains Day 2:stilk had the muscel pain and this time i finished everything 🎉 Day 3:i noticed some slight changes and burpes became way easier

    A receding chin is common among Asians. It's just the way it is. I've seen it among Amerindians and Africans as well. I actually have it, and I'm still considered above average in overall looks. Honestly, short-term and permanent fillers are the only ways to actually change your chin profile. Extreme receding needs surgery with chin implant. I may personally try short-term filler to get an idea. You may find that it doesn't even change much. I'm considering this out of curiosity. If you do prefer it, get permanent filler or an implant.
